On the season finale, Ryan and Luis host a dinner party to sell their listing, but struggle to rein in Ramona from The Real Housewives of New York City, who can't help but criticize the decor. Meanwhile, Fredrik's listing isn't big enough to satisfy his buyer's needs, so he tries to sell her a different unit, even if it's one he doesn't technically represent. On the other hand, Steve and Jess find selling together to be difficult, but if they're going to get their deal done, they'll need to learn to negotiate as a team.
